Journal of Advances in Engineering

The main objective of this journal is to propagate engineering knowledge in a high-level platform where cutting-edge advancements in engineering research and development (R&D) are conferred. As such the aims of the proposed journal are to:

• Disseminate and share current major research outputs, and key achievements;
• Report progress in engineering science;
• Critically discuss pertinent hot topics, areas of interest, challenges, and prospects in engineering development while respecting to human and environmental well-being and ethics in engineering;
• Present and encourage engineering breakthroughs and innovations that are of profound economic and social importance.

This journal facilitates a suitable platform to publish the high quality research papers. It will enhance the strength of KDU ranking nationally and internationally. In addition, the proposed journal will provide immense support for the graduates who are planning to do their post graduate studies in overseas and always penalized in the process of obtaining scholarships due to less number of journal publications. Ultimate goal of this journal is to enable researchers to reach advanced international standards and to become a new productive force, and thereby take part in changing the world, benefiting humanity, and creating a new future.

Academic research spearheads the development of engineering science and technology. As such, a manuscript which generally be of value and interest to engineers and contribute to the advancement of the profession of engineering is an acceptable publication for this journal. The manuscript must be based on review of past practice, information of current interest, or probing into new fields of engineering activity. It should be a presentation of thought-provoking study contributing to planning, analysis, design, construction/fabrication/production, management or maintenance of engineering developments. In this context, manuscripts which discussed cutting –edge practical applications are highly encouraged. Wherever possible, manuscripts which presents theoretical work and critical review scan also be included which crucially discussed practical application or additional research areas which disseminate the knowledge pertinent to be pursued for effective technology transfer.
